The data is stored in data centres in the USA. For the transfer, Zoho uses the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Zoho.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your message relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to answer your message. We delete emails once they have been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
